PrashantWeb is not responsible for changes, limitations, or issues caused by third party services, software updates, or policy changes.
8. Website Maintenance and Support
Ongoing maintenance services are provided only if explicitly agreed upon. Without an active maintenance agreement, PrashantWeb is not responsible for future updates, security issues, or performance problems after project completion.
9. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for accordingly.
